ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:

We deliver Monday - Sunday

Orders must be placed before 2:00pm 2 days before your delivery date

You can select a delivery window of 7:00am-9:00am, 9:00am-11:00am, 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm

Your delivery can arrive within 60 minutes of your selected delivery time

DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:

Minimum spend Monday to Sunday $40

$10 delivery free for Melbourne CDB, Free delivery for all orders over $250

Standard delivery fee $35 (if your delivery location is out of area, we will quote on delivery)

DIETARY & CHANGE OF ITEMS REQUESTS:

Requests to make alterations to boxed catering items will not be accepted upon ordering. If you wish to have items that are not within a set box, these are available to be purchased individually by its minimum quantity.  

We at the Box Pantry can offer a wide variety of specialty diet menu items. These include dairy free, vegan, nut free, vegetarian, gluten free and pork free. While we take the upmost pride and care to accommodate your dietary requirements there can be traces of allergens found within our catering. In the event you or your client has a life-threatening anaphylaxis inducing allergy, we highly recommend the consumer(s) is made aware of this clause and has an epinephrine autoinjector (Epipen) on hand. Any instances where you or your client suffers loss or illness resulting from nuts or traces of allergens found in our catering, the Box Pantry will not be held liable.

Deliveries required outside our standard delivery times of 7:00am-5:00pm are subject to additional charges

We deliver within a 30km radius of the Melbourne CBD

Changes to your order require 48 hours notice and can be emailed through to [email protected] or phoned through to 1300 PANTRY

Credit card surcharges apply (VISA 2%, Mastercard 2% & Amex 2.75%)

Should you require a delivery outside our ordering times please phone 1300 PANTRY to discuss your request with our team

Payment is required in full upon ordering

All prices include GST

Prices are subject to change

Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be notified  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation charges will apply once your order has been confirmed and paid in full. If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, your order will not be refunded.

If your order is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice you will receive a full refund of your total order
